Agents can add a free widget to their personal websites to showcase new home inventory to any visitor stumbling onto their site. For full data access, visitors must register with the agent, providing a new source of leads for them.
AUSTIN, TX — Builders Update, creator of the only national new home inventory CRM specifically catering to licensed real estate agents, has created a private label search functionality for real estate agents to use on their own websites at no cost to the agents.
“This added functionality will turn visitors to an agent’s personal website into prospective customers looking for new home inventory in their area. Real estate agents will appreciate the flow of new leads, especially at no cost or obligation to them,“ said Bill Gaul, CEO of Builders Update. “Adding a small icon to their home page adds more value to their website and should greatly increase visitor to client conversion using our patent pending application.”
It only takes a few moments to login as a registered member, click on the private label button in the navigation bar, answer a few short questions and then upload their logo. Within moments, a special link will be sent to them with an attractive icon to put on their website at a place of their own choosing. The icon automatically links the visitor to a search engine of real time new home inventory with limited search capability. For full search capability, the visitor must register with the agent and be potentially represented by them.
The best part is that the agent at any time can review the homes that their prospect is looking at in real time to ensure that their interests match the expectations set forth with the agent. The agent is alerted when a particular property has been reviewed several times by a client indicating a strong interest in that home and that it’s time to set up a visit with the builder. This protects the work of the agent in introducing the prospect to a builder and protects their commission due.
“We are able to offer a level of support to agents not available elsewhere,” states Heather Dillingham, Manager of Agent Relations at BuildersUpdate.com. “Agents protect their investment in driving prospects through social media to their personal website, and this tool converts those prospects into real customers for them.”
